Research On The Protection Of Network Privacy Right Under The Background Of Big Data

With the rapid development of China’s economy,science and technology,China has ushered in a new era with big data as its core and cloud computing as its means.Information is exploding in this new era,and we can enjoy knowing the world without leaving home.You can enjoy face-to-face communication brought by chat software such as We Chat and QQ.You can enjoy the peer-to-peer service provided by these take-out food software such as Mei Tuan,ELe Me and so on.But in a convenient social environment,the crisis has intensified.The era of information explosion has given new development of our traditional privacy getting into online privacy right.There have been new changes in the subject and object of infringement.Due to the convenience of information collection,the concealment of infringement methods,and the high rate of return after infringement,the infringement by the infringer has increased seriously.Therefore,researching the protection of online privacy right under the background of big data is a new task entrusted to us in this era,and we need to continuously strengthen prevention and continue to resolve the phenomenon of online privacy infringement.The purpose of this thesis focuses on the topic to have a study,which is the protection of online privacy right in the context of big data.First,the concepts of big data,privacy,and online privacy are explored.At the same time,the characteristics of infringement of online privacy is studied and changes in subject and object are analyzed.Then through the analysis of online privacy’s infringement cases,legal protection,and the status of industry self-discipline,it is believed that online privacy’s legal protection system is incomplete,industry self-discipline is poor,government supervision is not in place,the judicial system is incomplete,and public protection awareness is weak.At the same time,learning from the current status and model of foreign privacy rights’ protection,and combining the current situation of the development of privacy rights in China,we have found solutions to establish legal protection systems,strengthen industry self-discipline,strengthen government supervision,improve the judicial system and strengthen citizens’ protection awareness.It is hoped that it can provide some ideas for the protection of online privacy and can strengthen the protection of this era’s fruit.China is developing and society is advancing.More and more issues of online privacy will come along with this era.Therefore,we need to build a comprehensive and three-dimensional online privacy protection system based on national conditions,so that our privacy protection can be more effective,our network environment can be more secure,and our legal system can be more improved.
