Research On Influencing Factors Of Farmers’ Sense Of Gain And Ways To Improve

Since the reform and opening up,the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has always been the focus of attention of the party and the country.Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",and at the same time,it has been doing a good job in the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Put forward many new ideas,new concepts,and new thesis,made a series of major deployments for rural development,and implemented a series of policies and measures including the rural revitalization strategy.How to test the effective promotion of policies and the development results of rural reform has gradually become an important issue of concern to the party and society.At the 10th meeting of the Central Leading Group for Comprehensively Deepening Reforms in 2015,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed for the first time that the people have more sense of gain.This is where the term sense of gain came from.Subsequently,a large number of scientific researches to gain a sense of as the focus of testing the reform results were carried out.With the continuous promotion and deepening of rural revitalization strategies and targeted poverty alleviation and other strategic policies,the quality and level of farmers’ lives have been continuously improved,and the real sense of gain of the farmer group has gradually improved,but the level of farmers’ sense of gain is still in the reform process.The higher room for improvement and the improvement of farmers’ sense of gain are still an important part of the verification of farmers’ good life.The purpose of this paper is to understand the current situation of farmers’ sense of gain and its influencing factors,and to find feasible and effective ways to improve farmers’ sense of gain,and to provide valuable ideas and suggestions for deepening rural reforms and testing the effectiveness of rural reforms.Based on this,this article uses the 2015 China General Social Survey(CGSS)data to divide farmers’ sense of gain into three dimensions:economic gain,political gain,and people’s livelihood gains,and 9 three-level indicators are set down.This measures the status quo of farmers’ sense of gain.Colleagues established three hypothetical models and used multiple linear regression analysis to test the actual impact of individual characteristic factors,family factors,and social factors that affect farmers’ sense of gain.Research result:(1)The article adopts the CGSS data of China Comprehensive Social Survey with good reliability and validity,and provides effective support for follow-up research.This article divides farmers’ sense of gain into three dimensions,namely,sense of economic gain,sense of political gain,and sense of livelihood.Through the measurement and analysis of the data by spaa26.0,it is found that in the three dimensions of the sense of gain,the farmers’sense of economic gain,political gain,and people’s livelihood gain are all above the average level.They have good perception and satisfaction,but farmers gain The level of sense is far from satisfied,and there is still a lot of room for improvement;by using linear regression to analyze the correlation of factors affecting farmers’ sense of gain,find an effective way to improve farmers’ sense of gain.(2)At the level of influencing factors,based on the three-dimensional division of farmers’sense of gain,9 three-level indicators were constructed to analyze the factors that affect farmers’ sense of gain.This article analyzes the factors of individual characteristics,family factors,and social factors.The impact on farmers’sense of gain.Among the individual characteristic variables,in addition to gender,age,health status,and education level all have a significant positive impact on farmers’ sense of gain,and family factors and social factors have a significant positive correlation with the impact of farmers’ sense of gain.Family factors and social factors have a greater impact on farmers’gains than individual characteristics.Therefore,this article uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to study the influence of individual characteristics,family factors and social factors on farmers’sense of gain,and objectively and truly shows the level of happiness of farmers’ sense of gain at this stage.The research results of this article can help national government departments to provide scientific and reasonable paths in the process of solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,thereby enhancing farmers’ sense of gain.
