Research On The System Of Expert Assistance In Criminal Procedure

With the continuous transformation of society,the types of criminal cases tend to be diversified,and the problems involved become more complex and specialized.The expert assistant has gradually become an important role in the criminal action.However,due to the legislation is too thin,the system is not optimistic in the process of operation.The operation status of the system as a whole,the existing problems,the reasons behind the problems and how to improve them are the contents of this paper.The first part of this paper makes a preliminary introduction to the system of opinions of expert assistants,discusses its concepts and attributes,and compares the opinions of expert assistants with those of expert assistants and defense lawyers by means of comparative research.The second part of this paper will focus on the analysis of the status quo of China’s expert-assisted opinion system,using the relevant methods of statistics,combined with charts to analyze the case data,to find problems and analyze the causes.The third part of this paper will carry on the related investigation and analysis to the similar system outside the region.Mainly is the British court advisory opinion system,the American expert witness opinion system,the Italian technical advisory opinion system,the Japanese expert adviser opinion system.The fourth part of this paper will put forward corresponding Suggestions based on the actual problems and the experience outside the region,in order to promote the continuous development of the system of expert-assisted opinions.
