Optimization On Evaluation System Of Dongguan Bus Service

In October 2015,the Guangdong Provincial government released the "Internet plus" action plan of Guangdong province(2015-2020)."Internet plus modern transportation" is an important task of action.Since 2013,Dongguan has gradually established a management structure which regarded the government purchase of services as the key.This service mode mainly refers to the relevant way in which the local government departments purchase the services from compliance public transport enterprises through bidding and franchising.The model of cooperation between government and market organizations,which is purchased in advance,effectively avoids the disadvantage of "inefficient supply" caused by post-subsidy,but it also raises a problem of how to evaluate the performance of bus services.In other words,whether the bus service can satisfy the requirement of the public,and whether it can meet the government’s expectation to improve the bus service.Dongguan establishes the evaluation information system as a data support to evaluate the bus service.This paper will take some practical significance in study of evaluation system of Dongguan bus service.This paper adopts the empirical method to explore and analyze the evaluation information system of Dongguan bus service,and it contains the following parts.The first part is the introduction,which includes the background,significance,current situation,methods and content of this research;The second part is an overview of relevant theories,including the main concepts,theoretical basis and relevant information technology of the evaluation index system of bus services,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the paper;The third part is to introduce the present situation of the evaluation system of bus service in Dongguan.Firstly,it describes the construction background and goal of Dongguan bus service evaluation system.Then,the current evaluation system,operation and evaluation results are introduced with the indicators such as the achievement rate of verified transportation capacity,the completion rate of bus number and the on-time rate of departure as examples.The fourth part is to analyze the successful experience and existing problems of Dongguan bus service evaluation system,focusing on the two aspects which are data collection and data analysis,proposing the problems of Dongguan bus service evaluation system,such as insufficient sources of data collection and simple statistics methods.The fifth part is the optimization scheme of Dongguan bus service evaluation information system.Combining the application of Internet technology and big data analysis technology,the optimization scheme are proposed from two aspects which are data collection and data analysis,and then the construction ideas and safeguard measures of the new bus service evaluation information system are proposed.The last part is the conclusion and expectation.It summarizes the opinions,describes its shortcomings,and makes further prospect for the research in the related fields of the bus service evaluation information system.By focusing on the evaluation index of public transport services,this paper explores and analyzes the evaluation information system of Dongguan bus service.On the one hand,it analyzes the problems of data acquisition in Dongguan bus service evaluation information system,such as single data source acquisition,and puts forward the optimization scheme of Internet of things technology to establish Internet of vehicles information system,passenger information acquisition system and bus vision network system.On the other hand,Dongguan bus service evaluation information system are analyzed in the aspect of data collection using simple statistical methods,which can only support the achievement rate of verified capacity,punctuality rate of departure,on-time rate of the first and last bus,completion rate and other indicators.This paper puts forward the optimization scheme by using big data analysis technology to build a big data platform for bus service and develop the application of big data analysis.It describes the specific application of big data analysis with passenger flow analysis as an example,and then proposes the construction idea of a new bus service evaluation information system.It is hoped that this research can lay a good foundation for the optimization of Dongguan bus service evaluation information system,so as to provide relevant references and gradually improve its service ability and level,ease traffic congestion,meet the needs of Dongguan residents for public transportation,improve the city image and promote economic development.
