Design And Implementation Of Grass-roots Civil Affairs Integrated System Based On Big Data Technology

The rapid development of information technology,such as Internet,cloud computing and big data,has continuously promoted the development of government informatization,and brought new changes and challenges.In the process of transformation of government functions,E-government makes it necessary for managerial government to transform into service-oriented government.As an important part of the construction of "Smart Yantian",the construction of Yantian Smart Civil Affairs Project is not only an inevitable requirement for the development of e-government,but also an irreplaceable component of basic information resources in the era of knowledge economy.In recent years,although Yantian District has made some achievements in the standardization of pension standards and social work,there are still many shortcomings in the application of information technology in the field of people's livelihood,such as lack of overall design,low degree of business integration,insufficient comprehensive coverage of system application,weak data sharing and low utilization rate.This paper takes the construction of civil affairs information system in Yantian District as the subject source,expounds the research background,significance and content of the system,introduces the related technologies,completes the functional requirements analysis of the system(Phase I),then designs the system briefly,and finally focuses on the functional realization of the corresponding modules.The test and analysis of function and performance are carried out,and the application effect is good after trial operation.This system uses big data and Internet of Things technology to update and correlate data.The main application innovations are as follows: First,the application of Internet of Things technology,in the design of service app in the old-age management module,user identity authentication based on IC card + NFC + Internet is realized,which ensures the security and convenience of service.The second is to realize LBS based on mobile location service,with the help of mobile operator's radio communication network or terminal equipment external positioning(GPS),supported by geographical information(GIS)platform,through the mobile terminal location information obtained,display the track record of user service,and realize the whole process of service supervision and management.Thirdly,the application of big data technology is used for data processing,which provides data support for smart Yantian and smart civil affairs through big data analysis and mining,and display of application technology.
