Research On The Investigation And Improvement Of Crime Supervision

In recent years,In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,the problem of corruption has aroused great concern in the world.The crime of duty is the most serious form of corruption.Compared with other criminal cases,the social harm is more serious.With the adoption of the supervision law of the People’s Republic of China(hereinafter referred to as the "supervision law")in March 2018,the reform of China’s supervision system,a major political reform,has been completed.Through this reform,the mode of investigating and dealing with job-related crimes in China has been changed from the mode of investigating by procuratorial organs to the mode of investigating by the national supervisory commission.The establishment of the supervisory commission is conducive to the efficient operation of China’s anti-corruption system and the improvement of its ability to combat work-related crimes.The purpose of this article is based on the analysis of the mode of supervision of duty crime investigation study,draw lessons from Singapore and Hong Kong icac corruption bureau of investigation(fbi)anti-corruption experience,from the supervision of duty crime investigation procedures,measures and evidence rules,supervision and four aspects to make a perfect idea,in order to realize the monitoring of duty crime investigation mode run efficiently.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the summary of duty crime,mainly from the concept of duty crime,characteristics and our country duty crime investigation and punishment status three aspects to discuss.The second chapter is the mode and existing problems of duty crime supervision and investigation in China,including the development of duty crime investigation mode,the comparison of duty crime investigation mode and procuratorial investigation mode,the necessity of duty crime supervision and investigation,and the existing problems of duty crime supervision and investigation.The third chapter is the revelation and reference of the investigation and punishment of overseas duty crimes,which is to summarize the experience of the anti-corruption investigation work of the Hong Kong independent commission against corruption and the Singapore corruption investigation bureau based on the analysis of the investigation model of duty crimes in the world.The fourth chapter is the conception of perfecting the supervision and investigation of duty crime in our country.
