Research On The Rigidity Problem Of Inspection Suggestion

Since December 2018,and become effective as of February 2019,the people’s procuratorate of the procuratorial suggestion work regulations came into effect,the procuratorial suggestion about work in full swing in the procuratorial organs,especially the procuratorial advice of how to enhance rigidity,positive innovation mechanism,the provinces will strengthen procuratorial suggestion rigidity as a priority.In this paper,in order to enhance the procuratorial advice paper discusses rigidity problem,first of all,the paper expounds the relevant theories about procuratorial suggestion analysis,summarizes the 20 th century the century of the development of procuratorial suggestion,in the procuratorial suggestion after the overall combing the relevant legal documents of the scope of the procuratorial suggestion and properties are analyzed in this paper.After that,the rigidity of rigid inspection suggestion is briefly explained.Based on the work of procuratorial suggestion of jiaozuo city,henan province as the data source,this paper analyzes the concrete manifestation of the rigidity of procuratorial suggestion,mainly including the non-standard procuratorial suggestion procedure,the low quality of procuratorial suggestion document,the imperfect evaluation mechanism and the inadequate follow-up system.Based on the practical work in sichuan province and gansu province,this paper analyzes the situation of procuratorial suggestion work in these two provinces,and finally puts forward some Suggestions on how to strengthen the rigidity of procuratorial suggestion.Such as improving the legislative mechanism to promote procuratorial Suggestions,improve the quality of procuratorial Suggestions,improve the evaluation of procuratorial Suggestions related mechanism,improve the follow-up supporting mechanism and so on to play an important role of procuratorial Suggestions.
