Because in past,the advertising with the four traditional media of newspaper,magazine,radio and television,as the carrier is different from the propaganda mode of advertising on the Internet platform now,this poses a great challenge to the traditional regulatory concept and mode of government departments in our country.This paper discusses the governance of internet advertising in the perspective of a case of "ten billions of health care empire Quan Jian,and the Chinese family under its shadow" on November 25,2018,which triggered the continuous fermentation of "quanjian incident " in society,aroused public concern and the key investigation of relevant departments and took corresponding punishment measures.The incident has come to an end,but the problem is that,in the context of the rapid development of Internet technology,advertising based on a variety of forms of expression on the Internet platforms can not be completely regulated by the current traditional media advertising are different,such as the complicated subject,the wide range of dissemination,the lack of clear recognition and so on.The existing gaps in preventive regulation,insufficient supervision over published advertisements and insufficient enforcement of penalties for illegal advertisements require relevant government departments or associations in China to study and draw lessons from the outstanding experience of supervision and management of Internet advertisements and modern govermance concepts in order to construct and complete the supervision and management model of internet platform advertisements with Chinese characteristics,which can be explored from the aspects of legal system construction,strengthening supervision and management level and improving the professional level of case handling.To promote the construction of comprehensive and multi-angle Internet supervision and management system.
