Research On The Model Role Of College Student Party Members In The New Era

"As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,our party must adopt a new look and make new achievements." This is the new requirement that General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward to the communist party of China(CPC)in the report of the 19 th national congress.If the party wants to have a new look and act,it first needs its organizational members--the communist party member has a new look and act.Because the image of the party depends on the image of each communist party member,the public perception and evaluation of the party comes from the image of each communist party member around him.And the image of the communist party member as a concentrated reflection in its vanguard exemplary role on the play.As a special group of party members,party members among college students in colleges and universities is a new force to strengthen the construction of the party’s advanced nature,and also is the new age by the national development and progress of succession,students keeping the advanced nature of party members,play the cutting edge exemplary role,directly affect the students,the recognition of our party,the pursuit of and belonging,more related to the construction of colleges’ basic level party organizations.However,an undeniable fact at the present stage is that,due to the influence of some factors,individual party members of university students failed to set up an advanced model,the party member’s demeanor and vanguard model role is not so prominent.Therefore,under the background of the new era,it is necessary and important to continue to discuss how to better promote college student party members to play the vanguard and exemplary role.Thesis mainly adopts the literature research,questionnaire investigation,interdisciplinary study,such as research methods,according to the theory of marxism about party member’s advanced nature and social role theory as the theoretical support,through the questionnaire,the eight universities in guangxi and random investigation of student party members,party members among college students to the objective understanding the present situation of the current university students party member to the cutting edge exemplary role to play.Through the actual investigation,it is found that the current general situation of college student party members playing the vanguard and exemplary role is good,but also some student party members have some problems such as utilitarian motivation to join the party,vague consciousness of party members,weak concept of purpose,weak principle,etc.,and the corresponding model role of party members is not in place.This is not only affected by the negative factors in the process of globalization,marketization and networking,but also the result of insufficient education,management and supervision of student party members in schools and insufficient self-education of party members in college students.In view of the above problems and their causes,the following Suggestions are put forward in the countermeasures: First,strengthen education and training,guide college students to play an exemplary role of party members.First,improve the education and training system;Second,enrich the content of education and training;Third,innovate educational training methods.Secondly,the service platform is built to create conditions for the party members of university students to play an exemplary role.One is to set up a model post of party member responsibility for college students;Second,organize and carry out all kinds of social practice activities.Third,establish a sound long-term mechanism to urge college students to play an exemplary role.First,establish a long-term supervision and management mechanism;Second,establish a sound assessment and reward and punishment incentive mechanism.Finally,party members of university students should be strict to cultivate their morality and consciously play an exemplary role.First,college student party members should constantly correct the motivation to join the party;Second,college students should constantly enhance the awareness of party members;Third,the university student party member must strengthen the party spirit accomplishment unceasingly.
