Research On The Role Of Online Moral Demonstration For College Student Party Members In The New Era

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Party clearly proposed to speed up the construction of network power,and the university party members,as the fresh blood of the party members in the new era,but also the advanced elements of the university students,need to consciously shoulder the task of building network power.In the new era,the demonstration role of network morality of college party members is not only a key link in the task of network power,but also a direct reflection of the personal party spirit cultivation of college party members,which has important practical significance for maintaining the advanced nature and purity of the party members.On the basis of elucidating the two basic concepts of college student party members in the new era and network morality,this paper takes Marxism-Leninism and the relevant discussions of the leaders of the Communist Party of China on the moral demonstration role as theoretical guidance to carry out research on the exemplary role of college student party members in the new era.Through the necessity analysis,it is concluded that the exemplary role of network morality of college party members in the new era is of practical significance to the society,party organizations,colleges and universities and the personal development of college party members.Through conducting questionnaires and interviews and collating and analyzing the survey data,the obtained data show that the university party members have achieved certain effect in the demonstration role of network morality.However,under the influence of bad factors,there are some problems in the process of exerting the demonstration role of network morality of college student party members in the new era,such as lack of motivation for network morality demonstration,lack of conditions for network morality demonstration and lack of sound network morality demonstration mechanism,which weakens the effect of network morality demonstration role.A comprehensive attribution analysis is needed to analyze the causes of the above problems.From the individual level,the ideological consciousness of some college party members needs to be further improved;As far as the family is concerned,the positive guidance to college student party members in the new era is weak;For colleges and universities,the demonstration role of network morality is not paid enough attention;From the perspective of society,the network moral demonstration lacks effective supervision and incentive.Therefore,in order to give full play to the exemplary role of college student party members in network morality,it is necessary to realize the coordination and interaction of individuals,families,universities and society,and form a joint force to promote the exemplary role of college student party members in the new era.Through the multi-pronged approach of four levels,the impact of bad factors is dispelled,a good atmosphere is created to strengthen the demonstration role,and it is helpful to effectively improve the network moral demonstration role of college student party members.
