Research On Copyright Law Of Music Works In China

Music works are not only full of the personal enthusiasm and painstaking efforts of the creators,but also show the outstanding achievements of human civilization and progress.Excellent music works are the precious wealth of mankind and an important art form to show the development of human civilization.The development of the music industry is also an important part of China’s socialist cultural cause and an important guarantee for the continuous progress of China’s spiritual civilization cause.Compared with other art forms,the reproduction and dissemination of music works are relatively easy.Meanwhile,the rapid development of science and technology,represented by network technology and new media technology,has also resulted in the damage to the rights and interests of the copyright owners of music works in the process of continuous dissemination and sharing.The legal protection of the copyright of music works in China is still in the process of continuous exploration.Therefore,facing the music industry appear constantly in the process of the continuous development of piracy and copyright infringement phenomenon,it is necessary to strengthen copyright protection legislation and perfect music works,in the field of the whole society universal music works copyright protection consciousness,protect the legitimate rights and interests of copyright owners,music works for art house to create a better environment,so as to promote the long-term development of the music industry in China.The purpose of this paper is to arouse the attention of the society to the protection of the copyright of music works and protect the rights and interests of the copyright owners through the legal study of the copyright of music works.The paper is divided into six parts.The introduction part summarizes the origin and significance of the research on copyright protection of music works.In the theoretical overview of the copyright protection of music works,the connotation of the copyright of music works is analyzed in detail.Then it discusses the conflict of interest and performance of music copyright.Then it expounds the realistic requirements of copyright protection of music works in China.By learning from other countries outside for music copyright protection works,on the basis of relevant experience,put forward the Suggestions of perfecting our country’s music works copyright protection,namely by building works of music copyright interests balance mechanism,increase the penalties for music works copyright infringement behavior,protect the legitimate rights and interests of copyright owners,music works to promote the progress of the culture industry in China.
