Research On The Protection Of Digital Music Copyright

The birth and development of the Internet has a profound impact on our lives.The production of digital technology has greatly reduced the cost of information reproduction.Due to historical reasons and other reasons,people lack the necessary concept and awareness of copyright protection.There are many problems in the protection of music copyright in China,and the infringement is increasingly rampant.With the development of digital technology,it is more convenient for us to obtain music resources,but the traditional copyright is facing an unprecedented crisis.At present,the only way to solve this problem is to improve the copyright protection mechanism in China.The first part of this paper mainly explains the basic theory of digital music copyright protection,as well as the research background and significance.This chapter mainly introduces the basic theoretical concepts of digital music works,which paves the way for the follow-up protection research.In the second part,by analyzing the legislative process of France,Japan and the United States,the author summarizes several key points that are essential for our country to improve the protection of digital music copyright.The third part,through comparative analysis,leads to the relevant provisions of digital music copyright protection in China and the existing problems and challenges.The fourth part mainly summarizes the experience of foreign legislation and the problems of experience protection in China,and puts forward some suggestions for digital music copyright protection.
