| In recent years,the development speed of China’s Internet cultural industry has continued to accelerate,and major video platforms have risen.In order to increase platform competitiveness,increase users’ attention and loyalty,video platforms have increased their purchase of high-quality copyrights,with TV series network copyrights occupying a major part.TV series network copyright transaction prices have remained high.One of the reasons leading to this phenomenon is the lack of a reasonable and effective assessment of the value of TV series network copyrights.The lack of an evaluation system has led to the lack of a reasonable reference basis for both parties in TV series network copyright transactions.Due to the high production cost,the competition among platforms and the lack of reasonable value reference standard,the market transaction price of TV series network copyright keeps rising,and the investment and financing risks of TV series projects also increase accordingly.At present,the research on the evaluation of TV series copyright and network copyright value is more focused on the theoretical level of evaluation methods,the traditional evaluation method lacks a unified standard to determine the evaluation parameters when evaluating the value of copyrights,and the method has poor adaptability.The evaluation results tend to deviate from the intrinsic value of copyrights,which is not easy to be accepted.Among them,the determination of each parameter in the income method is arbitrary,the selection of comparable cases in the market method is lack of scientificity and rationality,and the correction coefficient of differential factors is lack of reasonable determination criteria.The market approach evaluation process has strong uncertainty,especially the process of selecting comparable cases and adjusting their differences,so in order to reasonably judge the similarity between comparable TV series and target TV series,this article attempts to introduce the grey relational analysis method to improve the market method,establish a market method evaluation model based on gray relational analysis,and measure the degree of approximation by grey relational.Specifically,this article is divided into six parts to analyze the TV series network copyright value evaluation: The first part expounds the research background and significance of this article,summarizes and analyzes the research status at home and abroad,and also introduces the research methods of this article;the second part explains the meaning of TV series network copyright and explains the differences between it and traditional copyright,and analyzes the causes,characteristics and influencing factors of TV series network copyright value;the third part analyzes the current application status and limitations of the TV series copyright valuation method;the fourth part introduces the grey relational analysis theory,uses the grey relational analysis method to improve the market method,and establishes the market method evaluation model based on the grey relational analysis;the fifth part verifies the rationality and practicability of the evaluation model through an example;finally,this paper summarizes the analysis process and conclusions of this article,and looks forward to future research. |
