Research On Rural Social Construction And Its Governance Mechanism Innovation Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

In the process of China’s modernization,the rural society is undergoing a drastic social change.Along with the individualization,it is inevitable that the rural society lacks the selfish orientation and the publicity,so that the rural society lacks the social foundation for collective action,and it is difficult to undertake the rural revitalization strategy proposed by the party and the government under the new era background.Therefore,the rural society construction is imperative.At the same time,in China’s current party-led political system,it is determined that the governance of rural society at the grassroots level is necessarily around the baton of the party and the government.Therefore,the relationship between the state and rural society has become the macro premise affecting the governance of rural society at the grassroots level,and the grassroots township government,as the spokesperson of the state,has the responsibility and mission to directly interact with rural society.Based on this,the concrete interaction between the grass-roots township government and rural society actually becomes an important interface to observe and analyze the relationship between the state and society.On this basis,the research question of this paper is put forward: under the background of vitalization strategy,how do the rural town government and rural society promote the rural social construction through effective interaction and coupling?As a description of the interaction between the township government and the rural society,"coupling" is related to the choice of responsive governance strategies between the grass-roots township government and the rural society in the new era.The "coupling" process contains the interaction between the administrative power of towns and villages and the power of rural society,which is divided into covert and active forms."Administratively coupled society" not only has the theoretical endorsement of "administratively absorbed society" put forward by scholars such as kang xiaoguang and han heng,but also has the theoretical reference of "detachable and re-embedded" put forward by giddens and baker,and also has the objective implantation of practical cases.Based on this,this study follows the argumentationroute of "case presentation-case analysis-theory refinement",and summarizes and constructs the theoretical analysis framework of "administratively coupled society" from three aspects: meaning interpretation,content characteristics and operation mode.The covert embedding of government administrative power and the active expansion of rural social power are the two core mechanisms of "administratively coupled society".Embedded the concealment of the administrative power is the township government in the new era of governance under the demands of situation and innovation of its own role adjustment and the transformation of management strategy,is a more flexible and hidden governance means,by means of
