| The promotion of leading cadres is the result of many factors.In this paper,human capital is selected from many factors affecting the promotion of leading cadres to study,trying to analyze how much human capital affects the promotion of leading cadres.In this paper,on the basis of literature analysis and content analysis,hr and administrative theory,Peter principle and social network theory as the theoretical basis for selection of 16 city in yunnan province over the CPC cadres as the research object,based on the existing theoretical results put forward the corresponding assumptions,logistics system was build regression model and multiple linear regression model,through the analysis of the resume,using SPSS software,respectively,to explore the human capital of leading cadres is influential promotion,promotion speed,found that over leading cadres and the promotion of human capital,promotion speed all have different degrees of influence.In terms of effect of human capital promotion,when only considering the influence factors of single side,whether the party member,age,ethnicity,parents’ occupation,the dynamic degree,training situation,the party committee government and kinds of positions on the leading cadre promotion to some extent,but in all aspects of the comprehensive human capital,found that only age,whether the party member,native to the leading cadre promotion.Within a certain age range,with the increasing of the possibility of promotion,Democratic Party or non-party leading cadres are more likely to be promoted,while the probability of promotion of some ethnic minorities is relatively low.In terms of effect of human capital promotion speed,when only consider a single factors,age,probationary period,whether the party members,parents’ occupation,the first record of formal schooling,secretarial experience,the communist youth league experience,type and job types in different extent,affect the speed of the leading cadre promotion,but comprehensive all aspects of human capital,found that only age,probationary period,native place,the first record of formal schooling,the type of jobs,grassroots work experience and the communist youth league work experience have an impact on the leading cadre promotion speed.In a certain range,age,party age and post type are positively correlated with the promotion speed of leading cadres.Native place is this city cadre grows speed slowest;The first degree,the grass-roots experience,the communist youth league experience and the rate of promotion of leading cadres are negatively correlated.According to the research results,attention should be paid to four aspects.First,there is potential in the cultivation of minority cadres;Second,there is room to widen the channels of selecting and employing people;Thirdly,it is necessary to further study the frequency of job rotation and multi-post exercise.Fourth,on-the-job training should improve the "combination of learning and use" test standards.According to the research results,attention should be paid to four aspects.First,there is potential in the cultivation of minority cadres;Second,there is room to widen the channels of selecting and employing people;Thirdly,it is necessary to further study the frequency of job rotation and multi-post exercise.Fourth,on-the-job training should improve the "combination of learning and use" test standards. |
