Research On The Party And The Government Leading Cadres’ Growth Path Of Prefecture-level City Of Inner Mongolia

Prefecture-level city party and government leaders play the connecting role in the national economic and social development undertakings,on the one hand they have to undertake the Party’s and the State’s policies,on the other hand,they have to guide the local communities how to work.As one of the ethnic minority areas,Inner Mongolia has a unique geographical situation,the ability to work and work performance of minority areas’ leading cadres affects the state’s good policy implemented in ethnic minority areas directly.Therefore,the study is based on the biographical information of leading cadres,of prefecture-level city of Inner Mongolia,through method of literature research,statistical analysis and comparative analysis to summarize the different paths of growth and characteristics of the respective paths.So as to further optimize structure of party and government leading cadres’ of ethnic regions to provide some suggestion reliable to accomplish the country’s prosperity,national rejuvenation and people’s happiness.Access the full six-part discussion,we get three conclusions.First,from the view of career development to analyze,we can divide it into the the path of party and government public officials,institution staff,teachers and researchers,business,the military,CYL paths and other paths.Secondly,there are some problems during the growth process of prefecture-level city party and government cadres’ of Inner Mongolia,who through the different paths of growth.There is a large differences among growth paths for their exchange,special jobs can help cadres’ growth,and the conflict between work and growth cycle.And these problems results from special reasons,including appointment and promotion based opaque,public announcement before assuming the post imperfect,training methods unscientific,and scarcity of growing resources.In order to promote the party and government cadres’ to better grow by about paths,it is necessary to improve train style of organization,enhance cadres’ literacy and creating a good political environment.
