Practice Research In Strengthening The Community Voluntary Service Awareness Of The Migrant Workers

The team that calls on migrant workers to join the volunteer service can fully mobilize the resources available,allowing some migrant workers to shift from "recipients" to "helpers",while also increasing the sense of identity and belonging of migrant workers to urban communities and increasing their enthusiasm for community activities.In the course of the internship,the author has been in the area of some foreign people,and some migrant workers have been active in the community activities,and the recognition of voluntary services is low.The community has volunteers for volunteers and a shortage of fresh blood;Lack of a breeding scheme for comparison systems;The volunteers lacked certain expertise and the problem of high quality of voluntary service.There is not much research in the existing study of migrant workers’ voluntary service awareness,Therefore,the main purpose of this study is to improve the understanding and recognition of migrant workers on volunteer service and their awareness of participating in volunteer service under the guidance of the dominant perspective and social cognitive theory by using the method of group work.Through the early understanding and interviews with staff of M agencies,I learned some problems in the process of volunteer cultivation of migrant workers.In order to improve the consciousness of migrant workers to participate in volunteer service,promote their understanding and recognition of volunteer service,prompting them to better participate in volunteer service activities,this study takes Kunming PJ street flow based on the worker’s home,in the migrant workers recruited 10’s experience in fire workers as team members participated in the volunteer team,from the perspective of advantage,to find and use of these migrant workers already have the knowledge of the forest fire and experience,social cognitive theory to improve migrant workers knowledge and understanding of voluntary service,at the same time improve their self-efficacy.The group activities are related to the concept of volunteer service,the ability and quality of the volunteer service,the ability to plan volunteer service activities and the participation of specific voluntary services.Through thecontrast of the questionnaire and the participation in the group process,the knowledge skills that combine the existing knowledge skills of migrant workers have allowed them to participate in more suitable voluntary services to enhance their confidence in the voluntary service,improve the recognition of migrant workers’ voluntary service,and improve their awareness of voluntary services.
