In grass-roots law enforcement,townships and villages,as the most basic level of government,face the most problems,while China’s township and township governments have the most responsibility,least power,and the lowest number of governments at all levels.With the rapid development of society and economy,the law enforcement problems faced in the process of changing the customs have gradually become apparent.The existing law enforcement authority and mode of law enforcement of the township governments have not been able to meet the needs of the development of the grassroots society.Powers,law enforcement scope and law enforcement methods need to be changed according to the current situation of the grassroots society.This article takes Yunnan Sub-district S in Jilin Province as an example to study the situation of law enforcement in the L community,and finds out the existing law enforcement dilemma.It analyzes the factors that affect the effectiveness of the law enforcement and tries to find out.Corresponding solutions.The author will analyze the law enforcement from the grassroots level at the street level,analyze the villages at the upper level of the county government and the villages at the next level of law enforcement,and take the existing laws and regulations of law enforcement as the basis.Study its existing problems in law enforcement,and try to solve the existing problems in grassroots law enforcement,so that the township government can more accurately determine its role in grassroots law enforcement,and do something wrong;Make the township government better distinguish powers and responsibilities in law enforcement at the grassroots level,allow it to occupy a more active position in the process of law enforcement,and strengthen its grassroots law enforcement authority;enable the township government to move as quickly as possible in the law enforcement at the grassroots level The road to the rule of law at the grassroots level further enhances the grassroots government’s grassroots law enforcement capabilities. |
