Research On Improving China’s Personal Information Protection System

With the excavation of the economic and social values of personal information,and the popularity of Internet+,the challenges faced by personal information protection have become more severe.The lack of the law,the weak protection awareness of public,and the inability of the industry self-discipline system makes it difficult for the current personal information protection system to deal with the emerging information security issues.In addition,the fragmented and decentralized legislative status also affects the implement of regulatory system and judicial protection system.If we want to put the personal information protection system play regulatory role effectively.We need the government,society and public all make great effort.However,there are many problems in China’s current legal regulations,industry self-discipline system and the self-protection awareness of information subjects.Therefore,analyzed the main problem of the personal information protection system,not only need to analyze the problem of the law by the regulatory and judicial,but also need to know the problem of public and self-discipline organization,have a command of personal information protection system as a whole,take the right measures to deal with the problem,The countermeasures for the improvement of China’s personal information protection system should be dynamically and diversified to solve major problems,such the imperfect laws and regulations,weak public awareness and inability of the industry self-discipline system etc.
