In recent years,our society has changed from "Internet plus" to "intelligence +".Biometrics information has been widely applied to various fields because of its uniqueness,high connectivity and convenience.In practice,the subject of personal biometric information often faces the problems of illegal collection and analysis,illegal use and sharing,information disclosure and so on.In the aspect of personal biometric information collection,the platform often adopts format terms to avoid the principle of informed consent,so that the information subject does not enjoy the right of choice,access,deletion and many other information rights and interests.At the same time,in the process of collecting personal biometric information,information users often surpass their original purposes and collect personal biometric information widely.In the aspect of personal biometric information storage,the platform often stores personal biometric information when it lacks the ability of information security assurance,which leads to the increased risk of personal biometric information insecurity,frequent information leakage and the birth of illegal industries.The main reasons for the illegal use of information are the lag of legislation on the protection of personal biometric information and the lack of supervision on personal biometric information.Therefore,we should strengthen and perfect the supervision system of the use of personal biometric information in our country,crack down on the illegal use of personal biometric information,in order to protect the information rights and interests of the masses.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the supervision of the use of personal biometric information in China,and puts forward suggestions for improving the supervision system of the use of personal biometric information.First of all,it puts forward targeted suggestions on the supervision and legislation of the use of personal biometric information,mainly involving the right to delete,the right to choose,the legal responsibility and other aspects.Secondly,it is emphasized that China should set up a special biometric information regulatory department.Thirdly,the regulation of biometric market should be strengthened.Fourth,establish a whole process supervision mode of personal biometric information,including the evaluation of the use scenarios of biometric information;introduce the principle of proportion in the review of the use standards of personal biometric information;establish the use permission system of personal biometric information;establish the "de identification" standard of personal biometric information;establish an open and transparent law enforcement information disclosure Exposed platform,etc.Fifthly,encourage the development of non-governmental biometric information protection organizations.Finally,improve the relief means of the subject of personal biometric information utilization.
