Research On The Influence Of Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Of N District Of Chongqing On Government Credibility

Government credibility is not only related to the authority and effectiveness of government work,but also related to the people’s satisfaction and trust of governments at all levels.By definition,government credibility is the subjective evaluation of social organizations and the public on the reputation and image of government behavior,including the public’s cognition,emotion and behavior tendency to the overall image of government,as well as attitude,expectation,interest,belief,etc.it is also the external projection of government authority and its social influence,reflecting the effect and efficiency of government work.This paper mainly discusses the impact of the comprehensive administrative law enforcement of urban management on the credibility of the government,which helps to enrich and improve the comprehensive administrative law enforcement of urban management,and also helps to improve the credibility of the grass-roots government.Through the collected questionnaire data,first of all,it analyzes the difference between the basic situation of the respondents,the comprehensive administrative law enforcement of urban management and the government credibility;secondly,it constructs the corresponding regression model,and uses the OLS estimation method to empirically analyze the impact of the comprehensive administrative law enforcement of urban management on the government credibility of different dimensions.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,according to the subject and object of urban management comprehensive administrative law enforcement,it is divided into two orthogonal dimensions,namely,the work content of urban administration bureau and urban management comprehensive administrative law enforcement team.Similarly,government credibility is divided into cognitive credibility of government behavior process,cognitive credibility of behavior result,experience credibility of behavior process and experience credibility of behavior result.Secondly,through the analysis of sample differences between urban management comprehensive administrative law enforcement and government credibility,it is found that the public of urban management comprehensive administrative law enforcement in N district of Chongqing is relatively satisfied and the government credibility is relatively high.From the perspective of sub-dimensions,the satisfaction with the work content of the urban administration bureau is higher than that of the comprehensive administrative law enforcement team of urban management,and the cognitive credibility of government behavior results is higher than other credibility.Thirdly,urban management comprehensive administrative law enforcement has a significant impact on government credibility.Specifically,the content or effect of urban management,such as citizens’ satisfaction with urban environmental hygiene and landscaping,will directly affect the perceived credibility of government behavior;including process perceived credibility and result perceived credibility.But the effect on the credibility of behavior process and experience credibility of behavior result is not significant.Correspondingly,the comprehensive ability of urban management law enforcement team has a significant impact on the cognition of government behavior and the credibility of results.Based on this,we must realize that a good urban environment or city image can improve residents’ cognitive credibility to the government,but to fundamentally and comprehensively improve residents’ credibility to the government;we need to focus on improving the comprehensive ability of urban management and law enforcement teams.We should not only change the concept of law enforcement,establish a service concept that combines law-based management with people-oriented management,but also optimize the way of law enforcement,and combine strict law enforcement with human-based law enforcement.
