Studies On The Thoughts Of The Chinese Communist Party’s Rural Livelihood Construction Since The 18th National Congress

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,adhering to the Marxist tradition of paying attention to people ’s livelihood,the Chinese Communist Party has always attached great importance to the development of people ’s livelihood in rural areas.General Secretary Xi Jinping has issued a series of important speeches on rural people ’s livelihood.China must be strong,agriculture must be strong;China must be beautiful,and the countryside must be beautiful;China must be rich,and farmers must be rich,"etc.,which conveyed the internal livelihood concerns;at the same time,the party and government adopted a series of macro and micro measures for rural livelihood construction.Return to the people in policy arrangements.These speeches,measures,and other ideas for rural people ’s livelihood construction are derived from the party ’s leadership in rural people ’s livelihood construction practice since the 18 th CPC National Congress,and because of its guidance,they have become a basic guide and action guide for doing a good job of rural people ’s livelihood work at present and in the future.Therefore,this paper reviews the series of speeches by General Secretary Xi Jinping on rural people’s livelihood construction since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and a series of policies and policies issued by the party and the government on rural people’s livelihood construction.Its ideological system is further clarified,and its guiding role in the practice of rural people’s livelihood construction in reality is better exerted.The thesis is divided into four parts: The first part focuses on the formation of the Chinese Communist Party’s rural livelihood construction ideas since the 18 th National Congress.It mainly discusses from the theoretical origin and the practical basis,highlighting the rich and profound theoretical sources of rural livelihood construction ideas since the 18 th National Congress,and highlighting the urgency and importance of the current rural livelihood construction.Then through reading a lot of party and government documents,grasp the party’s main principles and policies in each stage of rural livelihood construction,and clearly sort out the development trajectory of the Chinese Communist Party’s rural livelihood construction thinking since the 18 th National Congress.The second part focuses on the main contents and basic characteristics of the CPC’s rural livelihood construction thinking since the 18 thNational Congress of the Communist Party of China.The main content is discussed from five aspects: value pursuit,goal orientation,basic requirements,political guarantee and necessary links of rural livelihood construction work.The basic characteristics are analyzed and summarized from three aspects of inheritance,innovation and direct reality.The third part takes Nanjie Village,Luohe City,Henan Province as an example to present the practice of rural livelihood construction thinking in China since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and analyzes Nanjie Village’s initiatives,achievements and basic experiences in implementing rural livelihood construction thinking since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The fourth part mainly elaborates the main problems that still exist in the process of implementing the rural people’s livelihood construction,and puts forward suggestions on effectively solving these problems.
