Theoretical And Practical Research On The Construction Of The Leadership Core Of The CPC Since The 18th National Congress Of The Communist Party Of China

This paper focuses on the theory and practical logic of the construction of the CPC’s leading core since the 18 th National Congress.According to the principles and methodology of historical materialism,starting with the interpretation of the connotation of "the construction of the CPC’s leading core",and on the basis of clarifying the theoretical origin and historical logic of the construction of the CPC’s leading core,it further explores the practical achievements of the construction of the leading core since the 18 th National Congress,And deeply grasp the Marxist position contained therein and the practical experience derived from it,so as to better understand the inevitability and importance of outstanding leaders in the historical development process of the Party.The full text is divided into five chapters:The first chapter mainly expounds the core concepts of the leadership of the CPC and its formation conditions.First of all,in-depth analysis of the relevant concept of "core construction of the CPC",and the party’s general secretary(or political leader)as one of the meanings contained in it is the "core of the core leaders of the CPC in this study.".Secondly,on the basis of explaining the relevant concepts of the "Core State Construction of the Communist Party of China",analyzing the formation conditions of the party’s leadership core,including the subjective conditions and objective conditions formed.The second chapter mainly describes the theoretical basis of the construction of the leadership core of the CPC since the 18 th CPC National Congress.Marx and Engels’ related ideas on the core of the leadership of the proletariat and Lenin’s relevant discussions on the issue of party leaders,as well as a series of new views,new theories and new ideas on strengthening and promoting the construction of the core of leadership put forward by the CPC on the basis of inheriting and developing the core of leadership of Marxism Leninism since the founding of the party,These are the theoretical sources of the CPC’s leadership core construction since the 18 th CPC National Congress.The third chapter mainly discusses the historical basis of the construction of the leadership core of the CPC since the 18 th National Congress.Starting from the principles of historical materialism,this chapter will comprehensively,accurately and objectively sort out the historical context of the Party’s leadership core construction in various historical periods,so as to better grasp the historical logic of the CPC’s leadership core construction since the 18 th National Congress.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the successful practice of the construction of the leadership core of the CPC since the 18 th National Congress.This chapter will deeply analyze the practical logic of the construction of the leadership core of the CPC since the 18 th National Congress from six aspects: first,strengthen the "four consciousness";The second is to firmly achieve "two maintenance";Third,clearly put forward "two establishment";Fourth,build the Party’s institutional mechanism;Fifth,strict political discipline of the Party;Sixth,consolidate the Party’s organizational foundation.The fifth chapter mainly summarizes the value of the construction of the leadership core of the CPC since the 18 th National Congress.The construction of the leading core of the Party in the new era has important theoretical and practical value.On the one hand,it enriches and deepens the Marxist theory of party building with sinicization in the 21 st century,and strengthen the guiding position of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era;On the other hand,it is conducive to promoting the construction of the progressiveness nature of the Party,promoting the construction of a modern power and realizing national rejuvenation,and contributing Chinese wisdom to the construction of the world’s ruling party,which is the purpose of this paper.
