| This article uses the data from the National Sampling Survey(CGSS2005、2015)conducted by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.Using quantitative research methods, describe the situation of youth interpersonal trust, and from three aspects of individual characteristics, social interaction and social environment, analyze the factors that affect youth interpersonal trust. The main research conclusions are as follows:Firstly, the current status of youth interpersonal trust. This paper divides interpersonal trust into strong relationship trust and weak relationship trust through factor analysis of trust objects.By analyzing the youth’s trust in ten types of trust objects,it is found that the closeness and alienation of the relationship affect the youth’s trust in different trust objects. The closer the relationship is,the higher the trust.Secondly,on the change of youth interpersonal trust.By comparing the data of CGSS2005 and 2015,it is found that the structure of youth interpersonal trust has not changed significantly in the past decade. But the division of specific trust objects in strong relationship trust and weak relationship trust is more obvious.During the ten years, the level of youth interpersonal trust has shown such a tendency that the trust degree of the trust object in the strong relationship trust is reduced, and the trust degree of the trust object in the weak relationship trust is increased.Thirdly,in terms of the influencing factors of youth interpersonal trust, through multiple linear regression analysis,it is found that the social environment is an important influencing factor.Whether it is weak or strong relationship trust for youth, the explanatory power of the social environment exceeds other factors. In addition, the explanation of social interaction and individual characteristics is weak.It is not that the more frequent the social interaction of youth,or the more resources the youth have, the higher the interpersonal trust. Finally,by comparing the factors that affect strong relationship trust and weakrelationship trust,it is found that youth’s strong relationship trust is affected by the frequency of interaction with neighbors, education level, subjective well-being,social fairness, and public resource satisfaction.Weak relationship trust is affected by the frequency of traditional media use,the frequency of modern media use, education level, social justice, and public resource satisfaction. It can be seen that the main influencing factors of youth’s strong relationship trust and weak relationship trust are different.Relatively speaking, youth’s weak relationship trust is more affected by the social environment. |
