Research On The Risk Assessment Of Bidders’ Query In Government Procurement ——From The Perspective Of Bidding Agency

The system of questioning and complaining about government procurement is a legal remedy for bidders to protect their own legal rights and interests.In the fierce market competition environment of government procurement,questioning and complaints are very common.If the bidding agency acts improperly in handling queries and cooperating with the financial department in handling complaints,it will bear certain legal responsibilities.For the bidding agency: first of all,this paper introduces the causes of government procurement query risk,risk assessment model.Secondly,the risk assessment model is applied to the case for applicability test.Finally,the effectiveness and practicability of the risk assessment model in the government procurement query risk management are verified by a case study.This paper hopes to establish a systematic evaluation model of government procurement query risk,improve the awareness of query risk of bidding agency practitioners,provide a scientific basis for how to deal with the risk,and ensure the smooth progress of bidding procurement activities.
