Research On The Accurate Public Service Supply Of "Shangluo Online Government Service Hall" Based On User Demand

Providing high-quality public services is one of the important functions of the government.Electronic public services are a new form of public service.Portals are still an important form of e-government,so we study from the perspective of optimizing electronic services.The local government’s online government service hall is very necessary.At the same time,in the face of the public’s diversified,personalized and differentiated public service needs,the government provides a wide variety of public services,but there are still problems in the process of providing services that “the services provided are not needed and the services required cannot be found”.How to provide accurate public services oriented to "user needs" becomes a problem that needs to be solved.This article mainly studies the mismatch between the supply and demand of public services in the "Shangluo Online Government Service Hall" in the less developed areas and the lower scores of various evaluation indicators.First,the service supply overview of the "Shangluo Online Government Service Hall" is introduced.Secondly,based on user needs,combined with the KANO model,and taking the existing services of the "Shangluo Online Government Service Hall" as a reference,a KANO questionnaire was designed to preliminary explore the user needs of the "Shangluo Online Government Service Hall" public service.Thirdly,based on the service supply and demand types of the "Shangluo Online Government Service Hall" in the open stage,interactive communication stage,and online processing stage,analyze the problems existing in the precise supply process of "Shangluo Online Government Service Hall" and their causes.Finally,through further in-depth analysis of the KANO model and different groups of people,the service type priority of "Shangluo Online Government Service Hall" and the identification of service user types were completed,and suggestions were provided for the subsequent optimization of accurate public service supply.This paper wants to enrich the research perspective of the electronic public service in Shangluo City through the research on the service supply of the "Shangluo City Online Government Service Hall".At this stage,the online government service system in Shangluo City has been established,and the research on the precision of its service supply is beneficial to its deep understanding of the needs of users and the provision of public services that users are satisfied with.On the other hand,based on the precision of service provision.It is beneficial to Shangluo City to provide “provide” services,saveadministrative resources and improve service supply efficiency.
