A Study On Judicial Intensification Of Basic People’s Courts

Under the background of scientifically constructing a national governance system and improving governance capabilities,the top-level design of judicial reform proposes todeepen the comprehensive supporting reform of the judicial system and create a social governance pattern of joint construction,co-governance and sharing.New legal system modernization process.Judicial intensification is not only an inevitable requirement for the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,but also an essential requirement for responding to the judicial concerns of the people.Judicial intensification promotes judicial justice by integrating existing resources and scientific and technological operation methods,optimizing structural configuration and rational concentration,promoting the specialization of trial work,promoting the standardization of judicial actions,and using judicial resources more efficiently,and improving judicial efficiency.The thesis takes judicial intensification in basic courts as the research sample.First,the author has been engaged in judicial practice in basic courts for a long time,and is deeply touched by the reform of the judicial system during the transition period.The second is that basic courts are the frontline and concentrated display of judicial system reform,which reflects to a certain extent the relaxation between the state and the local,the legal norms and the civil order,so it can reflect the sinking degree and effect of judicial reform.The thesis takes empirical and theoretical analysis as the main research methods,and discusses the background,concepts and relevant theoretical foundations of judicial intensification.The S county Basic People’s Court has successfully reconstructed its mechanism under the guidance of the concept of source intensification.The S Court’s reform has not only solved the low-efficiency problems deep-rooted in local judicial remedies but also set a good example for other local courts’ judicial system reform.
