Research On The Development Situation And Optimization Path Of Rural Grass-roots Party Organizations In The Border Areas Of Guangxi

SWOT bases on the organizing and analyzing perspective of New Institutionalism.It analyses the development and optimization of the rural grass-roots party organizations from the border region of Guangxi in the background of the Belt&Road Initiative and Rural Revitalization.In research,to build the rural grass-roots party organizations is good for the smooth processing of border region on all sides,the consolidation of the governing of the Communist Party and the harmony of social order.It states six shortcomings of grass-roots party organizations: stale ideas,lack of implementation of responsibility mechanisms,low public recognition,single talent structure and falling short of security system and meanwhile,the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations in Guangxi border region faces three new challenges and three threats.So that to enhance the organizational strength and implementation of rural grass-roots party organizations in Guangxi border region,we need to optimize the construction of ideological system,responsibility mechanisms,talent structure and security system respectively.It shows,rural grass-roots party organizations from the border region of Guangxi are affected by multiple systems and culture,such as national security system,the economic development of border region,people’s livelihood policy and social security system,traditional minorities system and the strategic location as structural hole,stated by the Belt&Road Initiative,they do own something unique in the processing of development.Hence,border region is concrete institutional culture cluster,through which the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations from the border region shapes the development traits of grass-roots party organizations in the border region.
