| With the transformation of our government’s reform from an all-round government to a public service government,and the rapid development of Chinese non-profit organizations in terms of number and service areas in recent years,the cooperation between government and non-profit organizations continuously deepens and expands.Since the 21 st century,the frequency of Chinese public crises has continued to increase,and the harm caused by them has gradually increased.Governments at all levels have actively sought easy and extensive cooperation with various non-profit organizations in areas such as early warning,emergency rescue,after-treatment,and coordinated governance.However,the government and non-profit organizations still have some problems in terms of synergy consensus,synergy mechanism,synergy capability,etc.,and further improvement is needed.This is also the starting point and purpose of this study.This paper borrows the theory of collaborative governance,and takes the The7.0 earthquake rescue work in Jiuzhaigou district of Sichuan Province in 2017 as the research object,analyzes the status quo of the public crisis co-governance of the government and non-profit organizations,and discusses the reasons that affect the cooperative governance of the government and non-profit organizations,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the cooperative management of the government and non-profit organizations. |
