Research On Ideological And Political Education Of Henan Province Under The New Situation

in 2014,the national college student villages The official work forum emphasized that it is necessary to link the work of selecting and transferring students to the work of university student village officials,perfecting related policies,standardizing operating methods,and forming a benign interaction mechanism.There have been some new changes and new methods in selecting and recruiting students and in terms of training methods.After development and selection,this group will inevitably face a new period of adaptation in ideology and consciousness after entering the new post.Therefore,carrying out ideological and political education on the selection and placement of students has become an important content of the personnel departments of organizations at all levels.How to motivate the selection and placement of officers in their posts to start a business and make dedication is a hot topic in cadre education in recent years.Since Henan Province implemented the integration of student selection and college student village official work in 2015,the provincial party committee organization department and student selection management organization have always attached importance to ideological and political education,and actively carried out selection through various types of education and training.Ideological and political education has achieved good results.Therefore,taking Henan Province as an example to analyze the current status and effect of ideological and political education in selecting and regulating students,it is of great significance to strengthen the level of ideological and political education in selecting and regulating students,and to improve the management and development of selective and regulating students.Based on the author’s actual work,based on the study and interpretation of the selection and adjustment policy under the new situation,this article summarizes the specific practices of the current selection and adjustment work in Henan Province,and presents the problems and reasons for the selection and adjustment of ideological and political education in Henan Province.Analysis,and then put forward tentative suggestions on how to effectively strengthen the ideological and political education in Henan Province from four aspects: improving the ideological and political education mechanism,strengthening the connection between ideological education and practice,innovating ideological and political education methods,and creating a good social environment.
