| As an important model of drug rehabilitation system in China,community-based drug rehabilitation usually plays an active role in preventing the spread of drugs,keeping the society harmonious and stable.How to improve the effect of community-based drug rehabilitation services has already become an urgent problem.This research attempts to combine the qualitative and quantitative method to discuss how community-based drug rehabilitation service programs influence detoxification effect under the context of government purchase of public services.This research aims to find out key factors which can improve the effect of drug rehabilitation,so that we can specifically optimize the community-based drug rehabilitation services and make contribution to further consolidating and promoting the effect.This research is based on a specific case in Y community drug rehabilitation center in District X of Foshan Municipality.After conducting a questionnaire survey and several individual interviews,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis are applied to analyze survey data,and the three-stage coding methods based on grounded theory is carried out on interview data analysis,this research systematically studies each factor that affects the effect of community-based drug rehabilitation services and the connection among them.Conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the model of government purchase of public services efficiently carries out the work of drug rehabilitation.It also helps to improve the level of professionalism,efficiency and quality of the community-based drug rehabilitation services provided.So that it will indirectly have a positive influence on the effect of the drug rehabilitation.Secondly,in the process of patients receiving community-based drug rehabilitation services,social support,family function,perception on drug-related harms and community-based drug rehabilitation services have positive influences on patients’ physiological and psychological health.Thirdly,through improving social support and family function,together with enhancing perception on drug-related harms and rehabilitation intention,we can strengthen the positive influence of community-based drug rehabilitation services on the effect of drug rehabilitation.Fourthly,the theoretical model of quantitative analysis and the mechanism model of qualitative analysis fully explain how community-based drug rehabilitation services will affect the effect of drug rehabilitation.According to the research,main factors involved in both two models can improve the effect of drug rehabilitation to different degrees.Therefore,these factors are especially worth the attention of government anti-drug department and social anti-drug organizations. |
