Research On The Legal Supervision Of Online Public Welfare Crowdfunding

Traditional public welfare fund-raising is an off-line activity that people who need social assistance and meet certain conditions rely on specific organizations or government agencies to raise funds for social groups.However,with the complexity of social contradictions and the continuous progress of economy and technology,the traditional public welfare model has been unable to meet the current needs.The advent of the Internet plus era has made online donation possible.The emergence of public crowd financing has not only changed the traditional public welfare mode,but also liberated public interest from the popularity of a small range,so that the public can participate in it.However,the current supervision system of network public welfare crowdfunding is relatively backward,there are many problems and disadvantages,especially in the law,there are many blind spots,such as: the legal status of network public welfare crowdfunding has not been established in the legislation,the relevant legal supervision system is not perfect,at this stage,only relying on industry self-discipline and government norms can’t meet the actual needs of our country.How to run the network public welfare crowdfunding under the reasonable and perfect legal supervision to help the development of public welfare is an urgent problem.This paper focuses on these problems,and tries to put forward solutions.In this paper,the specific case as a starting point,from four parts of our network public welfare crowdfunding legal supervision in-depth study.The first part is about the basic theoretical issues of network public welfare crowdfunding,mainly on the concept of network public welfare crowdfunding,legal characteristics,legal attributes,etc.The second part is to elaborate the current regulatory regulations and measures of network public welfare crowdfunding in China,focusing on summarizing the existing main problems.The third part is to study the legal supervision experience of network public welfare crowdfunding in developed countries,focusing on the selection of legal supervision system measures suitable for China in combination with the actual needs of China.The fourth part is the most important part of this paper,that is,through the above three parts,from the legal supervision of the relevant subjects as the basis point,in view of the existing problems,it puts forward feasible measures to help build the legal supervision system of network public welfare crowdfunding in China.
