Research On The People-to-people Bonds Of China And Central Asian Countries Under The Background Of "One Belt And One Road"

"One Belt And One Road" is a major initiative of China’s opening-up.It not only speeds up the pace of China’s opening-up and development,but also plays a decisive role in promoting the economic development of countries along the belt and road.To promote and implement the "One Belt And One Road",countries along the belt and road need joint efforts and mutual support.People-to-people bond is one of the "five links" in the "One Belt And One Road" initiative.It is the fundamental guarantee for promoting the "One Belt And One Road" initiative,and it is the social and public support for the smooth implementation of the other four links in the countries along the belt and road.People-to-people bond is to enhance the understanding and understanding of the people of countries along the belt and road,strengthen cooperation and exchanges between China and countries along the belt and road,develop China’s exchanges with other countries,promote the smooth implementation of the "One Belt And One Road" and ultimately build a community of Shared future for mankind.The Central Asian countries,namely Kazakhstan,Turkmenistan,Kyrgyzstan,Uzbekistan and Tajikistan,are important countries in the "Belt and Road" initiative,as an important region connecting Eurasia with China’s neighboring countries,it has a very important strategic position.The particularity of the strategic position determines that the success of the "Belt and Road" depends on the support and active participation of the Central Asian countries,therefore,the support of the Central Asian countries must do a good job of "people-to-people" construction.Over the years since the "Belt and Road" initiative was put forward,China and the Central Asian countries have enjoyed greater political mutual trust,closer economic cooperation and closer cultural and people-to-people cooperation,rich in content and large-scale exchange and cooperation.Although China and the Central Asian countries have achieved some success in reaching out to each other in the past few years,it is a long-term and complex task that requires us to pay more attention to communication efficiency and channels and methods.On the basis of literature survey,this paper adopts the methods of literature Research,historical analysis and multi-disciplinary cross-cutting,focusing on the subject of cooperation and exchanges in the building of people-to-people communication between China and Central Asian countries,a historical review of the phenomenon of friendly exchanges between China and Central Asian countries along the ancient Silk Road,and a review of the achievements of exchanges and cooperation in the field of people-to-people contacts in the context of the current "Belt and Road",this paper expounds the problems existing in the construction of people-to-people communication,and advances some countermeasures and suggestions on how to make people-to-people communication play a greater role in the construction of " Belt and Road" in the future.
