Research On The Development For Sino-Pakistan Relations In The 21st Century

Since the beginning of the 21st century,unprecedented great changes have taken place in China and the world at large.The original traditional international pattern has been broken by the newly rising powers of countries,and various international organizations have played their roles in providing a good platform for the steady development of international politics and economy.At the same time,China is making innovations to promote the development of friendly relations with other countries,participating in international affairs at a high quality and at various levels,and making Suggestions with its own voice.The sound international and domestic environment has created unprecedented advantages for the cooperation and exchanges between the two countries.The areas of cooperation between the two countries have also been further deepened.The "One Belt And One Road" initiative of the Chinese party and government and the construction of the "Pakistan economic corridor" have also achieved fruitful results.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the development of China-Pakistan relations can be divided into four stages,namely,the musharraf government,the zardari government,the sharif government and the newly appointed prime minister,the justice movement party of imran khan.Successive Pakistani governments have carried out active cooperation with China and bilateral relations have been constantly elevated to a new level.Even though Pakistan’s political system is not perfect and political parties are in power alternately,successive leaders have been committed to pushing the relationship between China and Pakistan to a new height.The bilateral relation between China and Pakistan leaders in different administration has a different focus,compared with the last century,gradually deepening China-Pakistan trade and economic cooperation and trade volume increases year by year,expanding the scope of bilateral cooperation areas,especially in the 2013 "China economic corridor" construction propulsion,after a lot of cooperation projects have made new progress,mutual transformation between transportation infrastructure interconnectivity,energy resources,the success of gwadar port development,not only solved the problem of shortage of domestic energy,and also provide a large number of employment opportunities for citizens of Pakistan,pull the provincial economic development along the corridor.At the same time,as the construction of the China-Pakistan economic corridor is gradually improved,more new problems are exposed in this process.The interference of the opposition in Pakistan,the threat of terrorist forces,and the excessive expectations of the Pakistani people on the construction of the corridor all affect the further cooperation between China and Pakistan.As the world economy continues to weaken and non-traditional security threats become more and more serious,global governance issues need to be addressed.Given the unstable domestic and international environment,China and Pakistan should overcome difficulties and push forward the development of bilateral relations while implementing the current cooperation.First of all,China and Pakistan should strengthen bilateral diplomatic relations,ensure that the traditional political foundation of friendship is not shaken,at the same time,deepen security and defense cooperation,and enhance the sharing of resources and information in the joint fight against the "three forces" and terrorism.Second,expand economic and trade cooperation and scientific and technological innovation,attach importance to guiding private industries to invest in Pakistan and deepen people-to-people exchanges.Third,advance bilateral cooperation in the areas of energy security and public health security and make the China-Pakistan community of Shared future a model for building a community of Shared future for mankind.
