The Existing Problems And The Study Of Countermeasures On The Construction Of Mass Spiritual Civilization In Changji Prefecture

As a nascent thing accompanied with reform and opening currents,the mass spiritual civilization that is a featured distinction based on Chinese context is an important part of the socialism spiritual civilization and the significant carrier effective approach potent gripper of enabling the socialism spiritual civilization substantialized as well as the vital carrier of enhancing the construction of the socialism spiritual civilization.In the process of continuously exploring the mass spiritual civilization creation activities,Changji prefecture has made great efforts to improve the citizens’ civilization quality and social civilization level,and the people of all ethnic groups have continuously enhanced their sense of gain,happiness and security,which has provided a strong spiritual impetus and moral support for the stability reform and development of Changji prefecture.According to the work status to promote cultural and ethical progress course as the research object,guided by Xi jinping the thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era as a guide,based on the theory of Marxism consciousness,the integrated use of documentary,social investigation method,personal interview method,etc,for dealing with the current situation.First of all during work situation countermeasures to promote cultural and ethical progress course,this paper first summarizes the theoretical achievements of the construction of mass spiritual civilization in China from the aspects of theory and practice,sorting out the relevant researches on the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and the construction of mass spiritual civilization,and establishes the technical route and research framework of the research.Secondly,the author analyzes the characteristics,achievements and problems of the mass spiritual civilization in Changji prefecture.Subsequently,I consulted relevant documents and conducted individual interviews with some counties,cities,street and communities in Changji prefecture.Finally,the author puts forward some countermeasures to integrate the socialist core values into the creation activities,improving the mechanism,strengthening the supervision and management,strengthening the construction of the cadre team,implementing the fund ensuring,guarantee and improving the people’s well-beings,and improving the people’s satisfaction.The construction of mass spiritual civilization is a great initiative of the masses to transform the society and jointly build and share a better life.This model of promoting the all-round development of the economy and society through the construction of spiritual civilization can be popularized and applied to the important strategy of winning a decisive battle against poverty in an all-round well-off society.To study this issue,it is necessary to collect a lot of data of public management,political science and sociology.At the same time,due to my limited ability,the thesis still lacks the depth and height of theoretical research.
