Research On The Construction Of Spiritual Civilization In The Process Of Farmers’ Citizenization

Since the 18th CPC National Congress",the construction of the new urbanization has become an important strategic position,is a major strategy in China based on a global,long-term perspective,with the times,as the Yangtze River Delta region of Jiangsu province the development level of urbanization has improved accordingly,as of the end of 2016,Jiangsu province’s urbanization rate has reached 67.7%,the average far exceeding the level of national urbanization rate of 52.57%and the world urbanization rate of 54%.A direct result of the process of urbanization is the birth of a new citizenry transformed from farmers.The speed of farmers’ citizenization brings about a problem of imbalanced spiritual civilization,such as low sense of belonging,public awareness and cultural dissatisfaction.This paper takes Xinghua City Economic Development Zone as an example,mainly around the farmers in the construction of spiritual civilization,the quantitative and qualitative questionnaire survey and home visits with analysis way of urbanization in rural areas under the background of the construction of spiritual culture to carry out research,found in the construction of new urbanization,the construction of spiritual civilization of farmers are positive factors.But also exist some problems,such as the identity and ownership of heart is low,culture and entertainment,a single public awareness of community consciousness backward,wealth idea dislocation,life concept lag and other issues,lead to the complexity of the construction of spiritual civilization.The main causes of these problems and social transformation and the negative effect of the market economy,there are factors of government lack of education and protection mechanism is not perfect,such as the impact of social transformation,and the traditional ideas of market economy and the negative effect of rural economic constraints,the positive effect of farmers’spiritual civilization construction,lack of government is low.In view of these problems,through the analysis of the spiritual civilization construction of the peasants in the economic development zone of Xinghua,the ways of the construction of the spiritual civilization of the peasants’ citizenization are put forward.Adhere to the people-oriented principle,law principles,political principle,principle of effectiveness;to build a strong economic foundation,followed the management innovation and basic path of strengthening propaganda and guidance,improve the education system,strengthen the livelihood security.
