Research On Network Public Opinion Caused By Environmental Group Events From Perspective Of Good Governance

In recent years,the number of environmental mass incidents has increased year by year,and it is easy for people to publish on the Internet for the reason of seeking help.The government,traditional media,network media,ordinary netizens,social organizations and opinion leaders all have discourse power.If the government does not handle it properly,it is likely to cause large-scale public opinion events.The network public opinion caused by the environmental group events has the characteristics of both the environmental group events and the network public opinion,which makes the governance more difficult.Therefore,the research on the good governance of the network public opinion caused by the environmental group events has certain theoretical and practical value.It mainly uses literature analysis,case analysis and comparative analysis.From the perspective of the government,It provides good governance ideas for the network public opinion caused by environmental group events.Based on the formation and development mechanism of network public opinion caused by environmental group events,it establishes the basic cognition of network public opinion caused by environmental group events.On this basis,it analyzes the feasibility and necessity of using the theory of good governance to analyze the network public opinion caused by environmental group events,and then carries out objective analyses of the push action of different subjects involved in the public opinion.Finally,from three aspects of the responsibility of the stakeholders,the promotion efficiency and the formation of the decision-making network,it constructs good governance model of network public opinion caused by environmental group events,and provides suggestions for the government according to the model.Through a series of discussions and analyses,the theory of good governance can be applied to the general research of network public opinion caused by environmental group events,and through case analysis and theoretical research,a good governance model of network public opinion caused by environmental group events is constructed.It is concluded that environmental mass events can be well governed,and a good governance model of network public opinion caused by environmental mass events is established.The establishment of the model is conducive to cooperation of the stakeholders within the legal framework,mutual benefits and win-win situation,and the resolution of social problems caused by public opinion.It provides suggestions for the government to ensure the smooth operation of the good governance model can help public see the government’s good governance determination,and accelerate the public opinion to subside.Figure15;Table1;Reference 56...
