With "Internet +" comprehensively advancing,marketing and communication of city’s image surged significantly.Changsha,Chongqing,Xi ’an and other places seized the first round of opportunities,enjoying the dividend stage of the rapid development.Yet small and medium-sized cities(SMCs)have always encountered difficulty in finding proper methodology due to various reasons.They are trapped in the passive position in Matthew effect that the strong get stronger and the weak get weaker.Whoever can open up a new prospect will be able to turn around the situation.Over the years,Xinyu has devoted itself to becoming a typical city,forming a multi-city image and positioning itself as an industrial city,a small regional city and a beautiful landscape.At present,the image of Xinyu city in the public opinion field of government and people presents a situation of coincidence and difference,and the communication effect needs to be optimized..Affected by shortage of talents and backward channels.There are many problems in the city image communication of Xinyu,such as separation of subjects,serious homogeneity of content and low efficiency of platform construction.Overall effect is not good,shows a lot of common disease.Therefore,this paper proposes to build digital city image recognition system,realizing the collecting image content generation transmission and improve the flattening the image of the city management mechanism etc.At the same time,there are many successful experience worthy of learning in those city image communication practice,such as mining characteristic culture create city brand,skillfully by festival event condensed city consensus,make use of CCTV platform to increase exposure.Those experience inspired the SMCs can through cultivating culture high-quality goods IP consolidate the setting,strengthen cultural narrative drive the emotional resonance,using intelligent algorithm to realize accurate orientation and other communication strategy,so then further resolve problems,open the situation.
