Study On The Ideological And Political Work Of Residents In The Transformation Of Shanty Towns

As a people’s livelihood project launched by the Chinese government to transform old and dangerous housing in urban areas and improve the housing conditions of families in difficulty,shantytown transformation is also a project to solve the problems of accelerated urbanization and improve the efficiency of land use,which plays an important role in improving the living conditions of the needy people,making up for the development of short boards and expanding effective demand.However,the interests involved in the complexity of the relationship,is the multi-interest game process.How to successfully complete the transformation,and play the main role of the people,while doing their ideological and political work,is a difficult task.In view of the actual situation in all aspects,this paper selected the "city village" transformation project in Changzhi City X District,the project is carried out in two stages.Not only in the process of the first phase of transformation will have a lot of experience worth learning from,but also the transformation can be successfully carried out,including ideological and political work,including the joint efforts of various work,these are worthy of reference for the later phase of the project.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,case analysis and visit investigation,starting from the people-oriented thought,economic man thought,ideological and political work "lifeline" theory and social conflict theory,and carries on the relevant investigation and research on the ideological and political work of the residents in the transformation of the "city village" in Changzhi City X District,which is mainly divided into five aspects.First of all,it mainly introduces the theoretical background of the research and the current situation of this kind of research at home and abroad,and briefly analyzes the research methods and research innovation points.Secondly,the relevant theories and core concepts in this paper are determined,and some concepts are explained from writing to practice.In addition,it is an introduction to the origin and transformation of the "city village" in Area X,and also analyzes the results and problems and reasons of the current ideological and political work in shantytowns.It also explains the value of the ideological and political work of the residents in the transformation of shantytowns from the ory and reality.Finally,the whole investigation and research is comprehensively analyzed,and the methodological enlightenment of the whole research is explained from the three aspects of the method,working principle and core idea of ideological and political work.In the future to carry out the ideological and political work of residents from many aspects of the factors of interference,pay attention to the residents’ actual thinking and life demands,we must avoid "one-size-fits-all",to work in a targeted manner;pay attention to the way and method,adhere to the correct principle,follow the "people-oriented" concept,but also take into account the coverage of ideological and political work,play the synergy of multi-subjects,so as to promote the harmonious transformation of shantytowns.
