The Research On The Rural Party Members’ Ideological And Political Work In The New Era

As one of the Party’s ruling bases,rural Party members play an irreplaceable role in advancing the implementation of rural revitalization strategies,which is also a powerful support for building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the great revival of the Chinese Dream.The level of rural Party members’ ideological and political education is directly related to the degree of implementation of various tasks,so it has important practical significance to carry out various forms of ideological and political education for rural Party members.The current ideological and political education for rural Party members is concentrated on strengthening their theoretical foundation and comprehensively improving the Party members’ own qualities.Only by continuously improving their overall quality can rural Party members be more suitable for the development needs of the new era and make due contributions to the construction of the Party’s grass-roots organizations and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.With the continuous improvement of China’s reform and opening up,the development of rural Party members and ideological and political education is facing many difficulties.How to effectively carry out ideological and political education for rural Party members and to solve various problems in rural Party members’ cognition and practice are the key to consolidating party’s ruling basis in rural areas,the foundation for realizing the strategy of revitalizing the countryside and helping the realization of the Chinese Dream,so all sectors of society must attach great importance to this.The thesis uses a variety of research methods to conduct a comprehensive analysis of research on rural Party members’ ideological and political education.First,it comprehensively sorted out and summarized the theories and concepts related to the ideological and political education of rural Party members.Second,it discussed the problems and reasons in the process of ideological and political education of rural Party members,including thin education contents,single education methods and backward education concept,the platform and the carrier are not in line with the requirements of the times,the connection with reality is not close enough,and the quality of the education subject is low,and so on.Finally,the thesis put forward a series of countermeasures to develop and optimize the ideological and political education of rural Party members,mainly including the innovation in ideas,optimization in methods,enrichment of contents and carriers,and strengthening on organization leadership,etc.
