Research On The Construction Of Grass-roots Party Organizations Under The Viewing Domain Of The Party’s Organizational Line In The New Era

The grassroots party organizations,as the party’s battle fortress in the grassroots social organizations,are in close contact with the broad masses of the people,and are the basis of all the party’s work and combat effectiveness.Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,our party has attached great importance to the party’s organizational construction,especially the work of building grassroots party organizations.In the course of more than 90 years of construction,the organizational line has been the organizational guarantee of the political line and ideological line,and is the guiding principle for all organizational work of the party.There is no doubt that the line is the direction,and the party’s organizational construction must be guided by the correct line.The author uses the method of combining literature research,analysis and induction,theory and practice to thoroughly study the construction of grassroots party organizations in the new era of the party’s organizational line.The full text is divided into four chapters:The first chapter studies the party’s organizational line and the theoretical basis for the construction of grassroots party organizations.First of all,it summarizes the relevant outlines of the classic Marxist writers on the organizational line,the formation and development of our party’s organizational line;secondly,the theoretical basis and main content of the construction of grass-roots party organizations;and finally summarizes both the party’s organizational line and the construction of grass-roots party organizations Interrelationships.The second chapter studies the development process and experience enlightenment of grassroots party organization construction from the perspective of party organization line.It has sorted out the construction of grass-roots party organizations from the period of the new democratic revolution,the period of socialist revolution and construction,reform and opening up to the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Organization building has important reference value.Chapter 3 studies the basic status quo of grassroots party organization construction in the new era.It summarizes the five new requirements put forward by the party’s organizational line in the new era for the construction of grass-roots party organizations,as well as the new achievements made in the construction of grass-roots party organizations since the new era.Chapter 4 studies the way to further strengthen the construction of grassroots party organizations in the new era.Combining historical practical experience,following the new requirements put forward by the party’s organizational line in the new era,digging into the reasons behind the problems in its construction process,proposing three targeted solutions.
