| Higher vocational colleges(hereinafter referred to as higher vocational colleges)are an important part of China’s higher education,and shoulder the heavy task of delivering high-quality technical talents to the country and society.The "Legal Basics" course,as one of the basic courses offered by vocational colleges,is the key to cultivating vocational students’ legal literacy and the ability to solve basic legal problems.It is also the main channel for China’s legal education in vocational colleges.Therefore,the effective teaching of its curriculum is related to whether it can effectively improve the legal literacy and solve the basic legal problems of higher vocational students.However,there are some problems in the current effective teaching of the "Basic Law" course in higher vocational education.For this reason,from the perspective of effective teaching theory,the author analyzes the problems existing in the current status of the curriculum based on the relevant elements of effective teaching theory.The purpose is to put forward specific teaching strategies from the perspective of teachers to solve them,thereby improving the law of higher vocational education.The effective teaching of the "Basic" course will ultimately improve the legal literacy of students in higher vocational colleges and the ability to solve basic legal problems.This article is mainly divided into four parts.The first part mainly proposes the background,purpose and significance of the research topic,the current status of research at home and abroad,and research methods.The second part mainly defines and studies the concepts and theories of effective teaching.On the basis of this,the evaluation elements of effective teaching were determined to provide relevant theoretical basis for subsequent research.The third part was based on the evaluation elements of effective teaching,using questionnaires and interviews to effectively teach the course of "Basic Law" in a vocational college.A survey of the current situation revealed that there are some problems in the current effective teaching of the "Legal Basics" course in this vocational college that affect the effectiveness of its course teaching.Analyze these problems,put forward the corresponding teachingstrategy hypothesis,and apply this hypothesis to practice teaching in the form of experiments to verify its effectiveness and feasibility.The fourth part is based on the successful exploration of the effective teaching strategy hypothesis in the third part.These specific teaching strategies are discussed in detail from the aspects of preparation,implementation and evaluation in accordance with the teaching process.In the teaching preparation strategy,change the teacher’s traditional teaching concepts,optimize teaching results systematically,set teaching goals scientifically,and adjust teaching content comprehensively.In teaching implementation strategies,diversified teaching methods,modernized teaching methods,and interactive classroom atmosphere.In teaching evaluation strategies,diversification of evaluation subjects,scientific evaluation standards,and evaluation methods are realized.Through these specific teaching strategies,the effective teaching effect of the course is ultimately improved. |
