| Public welfare organizations provide public welfare services for the public and social development.They are widely active in health,education,science and technology,social management,sports,social welfare and other fields.In the context of the reform and innovation of China’s social management system,public welfare organizations are playing an increasingly important role.The research on public welfare organizations in China began in the late 1990 s.The research results mainly focus on the origin,nature,concept,characteristics,role,development constraints and existing problems of public welfare organizations.With the increasing role of public welfare organizations in social economy,human resource management,as an important support for the development of public welfare organizations,is still in the traditional management mode,and the problems are becoming increasingly prominent.The human resource management of public welfare organizations is different from that of enterprises.The management of human resources of enterprises is ultimately for the purpose of making profits,while the purpose of public welfare organizations is to better serve the society.Therefore,the average threshold of public welfare organizations in human resource management should be higher,and the recruitment,employment and performance evaluation of public welfare organizations should be more fair.From the current situation of human resource management of public welfare organizations in China,there are still many problems,such as the concept of human resource management is relatively backward,the way of talent recruitment is single and so on.In this thesis,firstly,through the literature research,the related concepts of public welfare organization,human resource management and public welfare organization human resource management are briefly summarized.At the same time,the analysis framework of human resource management of public welfare organization is studied.Finally,the current situation of human resource management of public welfare organization is analyzed by using the method of case analysis,and the human resource management of public welfare organization is summarized According to the problems existing in the resource management,this paper puts forward the countermeasures combined with the human resource management theory of public welfare organizations.The development of public welfare organizations is inseparable from talents.Only by continuously strengthening the management of human resources of public welfare organizations can we improve the overall quality of talents in the whole organization,improve the working efficiency of organizational personnel in the work process,and better serve the people. |
