The Research On Community Governance Participation Of New Social Class Professionals Association In Nan’an District

With China’s economic and social transformation and rapid social development,the traditional social management has gradually shifted to social governance.The overall policy is to promote the focus of social governance to the grassroots level,give play to the role of social organizations,and realize the benign interaction between government governance,social regulation and residents’ autonomy.Representatives of the new social strata have a high level of knowledge,active thoughts and abundant resources,and are important builders of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.As a social organization voluntarily formed by members of the new social strata,the new professional federation can provide more public services,meet the needs of residents,and promote community harmony and stability by participating in community governance.This paper is based on the case study of a community governance participated in by the new professional association of nanan district.From the structure of the paper,it is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which explains the research background,methods and ideas,and sorts out and analyzes the domestic and foreign literature.The second part defines the concept of "new social class personage" and expounds the theoretical basis of governance theory,market failure/government failure theory and so on.The third part analyzes in detail the current situation of the organization development of the new exclusive alliance,the role orientation,the specific way of participating in the governance,the governance effect and so on.The fourth part,according to the current situation,mainly analyzes the current predicament from the perspective of the new yuan union,and explores the reasons.Therefore,in order to further improve the effect of the new special alliance participating in community governance,based on the actual situation,this paper proposes countermeasures and Suggestions in the fifth part.First,adhere to the leadership of the party to participate in governance,to ensure the correct political direction;The second is to promote the transformation of town government,community,new special alliance and residents’governance concepts;Third,give full play to the advantages of the members’representatives in the new special league to be mainly connected,seek the support of the united front work department,the mass league,the political and legal commission,the cultural office,other united front work groups and social organizations,and form a joint force to participate in the governance;Fourth,further strengthen the construction of talent team;Fifth,improve the depth of governance by providing high-quality public welfare cultural services and participating in "big events" and "small events" in triage.Sixth,we should finally promote the institutionalization and standardized development of the new professional association to better participate in community governance.
