The intensification of the process in the era of globalization has made Chinese cities face governance problems in international migration management.To solve these problems,China has established the National Immigration Administration.However,the establishment of the National Immigration Bureau only established an immigration agency at the national level.At the local level,it is still the public security entry and exit management department.Therefore,at present,China’s reform direction and strength in immigration management need to be improved.In this context,this article focuses on the hot issue of immigration management,sorts out and compares the experience and status quo of immigration management reform at home and abroad.Based on the new public management theory,it puts forward reasonable suggestions for improving the status of Chinese immigration management.This article collects and consults the relevant data of immigration management in China,conducts a comprehensive combing,analysis and summary,objectively reflects the changes in immigration management policies at home and abroad,and builds the basic framework of the thesis.And try to connect with the actual policy of foreigners staying in China,combined with real cases,analyze the differences in immigration management in relevant fields at home and abroad,through comparative analysis with the immigration policies of the main immigration destination countries,draw successful experiences worth reference,and combine with national conditions,Put forward localization ideas for the problems of Chinese immigration management.This study analyzes the current situation of immigration management in China and finds that there are currently imperfect institutional settings in immigration management in China,and there are information barriers between immigration management departments and other relevant administrative departments.Problems such as shortage of resources.Aiming at the problems existing in China’s current immigration(foreigners)management policy and the current reform direction of China’s National Immigration Administration and relevant foreign-related departments,reasonable suggestions for improvement are proposed.At the same time,this article also draws on the experience of the evolution of the immigration management policies of the main foreign destination countries,combines the experience worth learning from abroad with the basic national conditions of China,and conducts localization thinking.Finally,from the aspects of institutional optimization,laws and regulations,talent guarantee,information means,and service level,we put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the current status of immigration management in China. |
