Research On The Application Of Blockchain In Judicial Certification

With the rapid development of the mobile Internet era,more and more people’s production and life go from offline to online,and network disputes are inevitable.These disputes often exist in the form of electronic evidence such as electronic contract,rights protection process,process details and so on.However,electronic evidence is easily tampered in the aspects of collection,extraction,preservation,and transmission,which affects the acceptability and probative power of judicial evidence.This is called "the last kilometer of the Internet".If the problem of electronic evidence storage and evidence collection can not be solved technically,it is impossible to achieve cyberspace legal governance.Based on the analysis of the basic concept of electronic certificate and the key technology of blockchain,this thesis summarizes the solutions to the problems and challenges of electronic certificate in Internet environment through the research on the classification of blockchain and the judicial field to build a "alliance chain" with the people’s court as the main body.By analyzing the feasibility and necessity of applying block chain technology to the field of electronic certification,and combining the characteristics of blockchain,it is concluded that the blockchain can enable the electronic evidence on the judicial blockchain to be generated,stored,transmitted and used Credible conclusions throughout the process.Secondly,through the research on the application of blockchain technology in different scenarios in the judicial field,a complete set of operable storage process based on block chain technology is explored,which also has important reference significance for the application of blockchain in other industries.Finally,this thesis takes the world ’s first blockchain judicial depository platform launched by the Hangzhou Internet Court as the research object,and through the first case of block chain certificate heard and closed by the court,further determines the practical significance of the application of blockchain in judicial certificate and can play a positive role in promoting the current judicial innovation and speeding up the process of judicial digitization.
