Research On Trial Methods Of Internet Court In China

With the rapid development of economy and technology,and the continuous progress of society,the Internet has gradually integrated into people’s daily lives and has become an inseparable part of people’s lives.At the same time,the development of the Internet is no longer trivial,and it always affects the development of all walks of life with the diversified appearance of "Internet +",especially in the key areas of deepening the judicial system reform of the People’s Court."Internet + Judicial" also plays a pivotal role and has become a new technology that benefits the whole world and benefits all mankind.The main reason for the emergence of "Internet + courts" is that the continuous improvement and upgrade of the Internet,which has promoted economic progress and the corresponding emergence of e-commerce.In order to better handle various disputes and lawsuits derived from e-commerce platforms,and then better resolve these disputes,the Internet Court was born.However,the current development of the Internet courts in China also exists flawed,so the author will conduct research from four major parts here.The first part mainly introduces the reason,purpose and significance of this topic,and demonstrates the research of this article through the research of domestic and foreign literature.The second part focuses on the emergence of Internet courts,and the guiding significance of the exploration and practice of Internet courts at domestic and foreign for the establishment of Internet courts in China.The third part discusses the operation of China’s Internet courts and the problems that need to be solved urgently in the operation.In the fourth part,through the foregoing research and comparison of China’s traditional trial methods in environment,it is concluded that the Internet courts will have a huge impact on China’s judicial trial methods.In the future,China’s court setup may look like a new pattern of "special courts hearing specialized cases" and "Internet + exclusive courts."...
