As the first internet court in China,Hangzhou Internet Court was built in Aug.17~thh 2017.After its establishment,a big achievement it earned.Judging on line really saved litigants’time and energy in a certain.Make litigants and judges take part in judicial acts conveniently.At the same time,from register to execution,all the procedures can be proceeded on line.Judges can judge cases on line also,there’s no doubt that it make judicial acts a high efficiency.Whatever in jurisdictional limits,judicial service,trial online and judicial rules,Hangzhou Internet Court got big innovations,and these innovations make success.This paper will use the Hangzhou Internet Court as a sample,to reveal the internet courts’establishment and operation.And mention its problems,come up with methods to solve the problems.To make the internet courts have a good development,provide experience for other internet courts in other areas.There are four parts of this paper,the first part is a conclusion and analysis of the research.From the result and data,to conclude the jurisdictional limits,electronic delivery and online judgement’s essential features.For example,compare the differences between traditional jurisdictional limits and Hangzhou internet court’s jurisdictional limits;Hangzhou internet court’s delivery methods,delivery medias and delivery efficiency;Hangzhou internet court’s judicial proceedings and the application of electronic evidence and blockchain technology.The second part is a conclusion and analysis of the research,from the research result and data,to describe the Hangzhou internet court’s judicial limits,delivery system and online judgement’s features.And analyze in detail the reasons result in Hangzhou internet court‘s current situation.The third part is to point out the problems Hangzhou internet court had in the respects of judicial limits,delivery system and online judgement,the problems already had happened or will happen in future.Such as the jurisdictional junction problem,the online cases increasing problem and the new kind of online cases appeared problem,the new rules building problem;summoned in person’s agreement problem,two kind of methods of delivery’s problem,delivery of judgement document problem;And in the online judgement proceeding,principle of direct trail’s missing problem,electronic evidence’s authenticity problem,and online judgement‘s simultaneity problem.The fourth part is aimed to the Hangzhou internet court’s current problems to come up with the author’s suggestions.For example,to suggest the ideas for judicial junction problem,online cases increasing problem,new kind of cases appeared problem,rules building problem;summoned in person’s agreement problem,two kind of methods of delivery’s problem,delivery of judgement document problem;And in the online judgement proceeding,principle of direct trail’s missing problem,electronic evidence’s authenticity problem,and online judgement‘s simultaneity problem.
