An Investigation Report On The Handling Of Domestic Violence Cases By Public Security Organs In Lujiang County,Anhui Province

The law against domestic violence implemented in 2016 clearly defines the responsibilities of public security organs in dealing with domestic violence cases,providing legal basis for public power to participate in the prevention and control of domestic violence.Lujiang County,as an area with moderate economic and social development level and middle population and quality,its public security organ,as a representative of the grass-roots public security organ,has positive significance in dealing with domestic violence cases.Through field investigation and data analysis,Lujiang County public security organ,when dealing with domestic violence cases,combined the relevant provisions of the law of the People’s Republic of China on domestic violence with the local actual situation,implemented such measures as sinking the public security police into the community,cooperating with the community,establishing a separate file of domestic violence,and sending out the police quickly on domestic violence cases,effectively maintaining domestic violence The legitimate rights and interests of the victims of violence.However,there are still some shortcomings,such as the influence of traditional ideas,the difficulty in dealing with domestic violence,the poor relief effect for domestic violence,the public security warning system has become the zombie system.In view of these shortcomings and difficulties,we can improve and strengthen them from both internal and external aspects: strengthen the publicity of legal system to the outside,establish the awareness of safeguarding rights,strengthen the law enforcement ability and level of the public security police from the field of law enforcement to the inside,establish the long-term prevention and control mechanism of domestic violence,and refine the public security warning system from the field of legislation.
