Disabled employees,like able-bodied employees,are important productive forces to achieve corporate goals and create profits.Only by investing in the training of disabled employees in the same way as investing in able-bodied employees,can they improve their performance and achieve corporate goals.However,as a vulnerable group,the disabled are under great psychological and work pressure,and they need more support from enterprises in work and emotion.However,the traditional enterprise training only focuses on whether the disabled employees have learned work skills and improved work efficiency,ignoring the important role of psychology and support.Therefore,from the perspective of psychological capital and organizational support mediating,the research on the relationship between enterprise training and job performance is worth further discussion.In this study,the disabled employees of many enterprises in guangxi zhuang autonomous region were selected as research samples,and three methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and data analysis were comprehensively used.Based on the theory of positive psychology and social exchange,a research model and four hypotheses are proposed.According to the research results at home and abroad,the dimension of each variable was divided,and the questionnaire scale was designed and distributed.Empirical tests such as exploratory factor analysis and linear regression were carried out by SPSS 24.0.Finally,the conclusion is drawn :(1)enterprise training has a positive impact on the psychological capital of disabled employees;(2)enterprise training has a positive impact on the work performance of disabled employees;(3)psychological capital plays a part of intermediary role between enterprise training and work performance of disabled employees;(4)sense of organizational support plays a part of intermediary role between enterprise training and work performance of disabled employees.The conclusion of this study provides a new perspective and theoretical significance for the study of the relationship between enterprise training and job performance.It provides guidance for enterprise managers to further understand the psychology of disabled employees,provide support,improve the performance of disabled employees,and formulate training programs suitable for disabled employees. |
